alternate title; "IF IT'S NOT OBVIOUS, I CAN'T DRAW PEOPLE FOR SHIT"

the ref sheet for yet another OCT I'm entering that intrigues me greatly. decided to go with two new characters - and humans, at that. I'm hoping to practice human anatomy throughout this tourney, and perhaps learn a few new things <3 really excited to start working with these two - although they're new, I have a lot in store for them.

Name: Alistair Callaghan.
Alias: Ringmaster.
Gender: Male.
Age: 33.
Race: Human.
Height: 6'5".
Weight: 206 lbs.
Home World: Saelith - a planet much like Earth, but much more pleasant... Give or take a few criminals here and there.
Occupation: Serial Murderer.

Personality: At first, Alistair seems like a fine young man. Gentlemanly, suave, with a charming talk and polite manners...
And then you find out that "dinner" you just had was actually the lovely elderly couple next door, and suddenly it's all screaming and panicking.
A psychotic murderer, Ringmaster is a cannibalistic flirt who tells the truth as frequently as he isn't smiling. He enjoys playing with his victims before dealing the final blow, and he usually does this by either taunting them or gaining their trust simply to break it. Absolutely despises mankind, especially women, for some odd reason. The only thing close to a woman that he likes would have to be his little sister, but that's it.
History: Alistair grew up in a happy family with a mother, a father, and two older brothers. Even at a young age, Alistair was fascinated with the concept of death. So fascinated, in fact, that he snatched animals up off the streets - whether they were pets or not - and experimented on them, which usually resulted in immediate death, but sometimes had strange effects on the animals; for instance, a puppy he took grew a third pair of legs, and a kitten sprouted spider-like limbs from its side. Intrigued by his findings, Alistair left home one day in order to further his studies. Still highly interested in death, he began wondering if there was a way to resurrect the dead; to bring them back. Thus began years of extensive research, which drove Alistair further and further into insanity. Finally, believing he could "cure" this pandemic, he set off into the world as a serial murderer, kidnapping specially-selected people and bringing them back to his lab, where he'd kill them swiftly and then test his "medicines" on them. Of course, normally, this failed, but on rare occasions, his experiments did work; they brought back the human, but not as they were before. As an example, one woman he experimented on grew a third eye, and an extra set of arms. Thus began Alistair's career as the Ringmaster of the Human Marvel Circus Troupe. The performers were promised protection and safety, so long as they told no one of Alistair's experiments. Out of fear, no one did.

Talents/Skills: Very good liar, and is very persuasive.
Weapons: See that top hat he has? It works as a portal to another dimension which works as his storage unit. The other dimension is unsustainable of life, so no, nothing living can come out of the hat. But he can pull out various weapons, props, and food items! The only drawback to this is that he can't really carry anything bigger than the opening of the hat, so no, he can't pull out a TV set or an anvil - though that would be hilarious, right? He also has no idea what a "gun" is, so don't expect him to pull out an assault rifle. He only uses weapons like swords, javelins, knives - stuff like that.
Strengths: Very smart and strong, adaptable with almost any weapon.
Weaknesses: Too large - can't fit in small spaces or dodge that well. Clumsy and slow, has a low pain tolerance. Easily distracted and temperamental.

Other: Nobody has a freaking clue what his sexuality is. For all we know, he could just be globalsexual.

Name: Sawyer Callaghan.
Alias: Lil' Red.
Gender: Female.
Age: 10 - by far the youngest of the competitors so far.
Race: Human.
Height: 4'9".
Weight: 92 lbs.
Home World: Saelith.
Occupation: Serial Murderer/Student.

Personality: Upon first meeting her, you'd think Sawyer was a harmless little girl. She's very hyper, and eager to please people - especially her big brother. She's very cute, and while she can be a bit straight-forward, she's still just the sweetest thing.
Then you insult Big Brother, and that's when things get a bit...messy.
Lil' Red, as she was nicknamed, is just as sadistic as Ringmaster, if not moreso. She enjoys literally crushing her opponents, and is probably the most insane child in all of Saelith. She acts as if she were just a cute, defenseless little girl, and then viciously attacks her opponents in an attempt to impress her big brother, Ringmaster. Lil' Red doesn't play fair - no, not at all. She'll fight dirty and ruthlessly, until she gets what she wants. Like her brother, she hates practically everybody; save for Ringmaster, of course. The only things that separate her from Alistair are that she's not cannibalistic at all, and that if her life is endangered, she'll waste no time throwing her brother under the bus. With that being said, these two have a very strange relationship. They love each other very much, obviously, but if given the chance, Lil' Red would kill the man in a heartbeat.
History: Sawyer was a young girl abandoned by her drunkard of a father once her mother perished from cancer. Not that Sawyer minded it, that is. In fact, she preferred being by herself. Although it got lonely from time to time, it was nice; there was no one to tell her what to do or where to go. This led to her stealing from people and picking fights a lot. She lived on her own for a short while - until she was six - before she came across a circus troupe that was performing. Absolutely taken by the amazing acts before her, she either didn't hear or didn't acknowledge the man walking up behind her until he tapped on her shoulder. Fearing that she'd been caught sneaking in, she tried to make a break for it, but the taller quickly caught her and brought her back. She soon found out that this was the Ringmaster of the circus, and that in no way was he upset with her. In fact, the man had a proposition for her; he wanted her to join him and his circus troupe and travel with them. Although she was hesitant to do so at first, the man quickly convinced her that it would be the best thing for her. So she joined him, and became his "little sister". Of course, this madman drove her to the brink of insanity as well, corrupting her and making her into his assistant for his dastardly deeds.

Talents/Skills: Very good liar.
Weapons: A large hammer that Alistair gave her when she agreed to join him. Think Amy's hammer, from the Sonic the Hedgehog series. However, due to her small stature and the hammer's size, it's very easy to use this to your advantage by simply catching the hammer and pushing it back at her - that is, if you're strong and quick enough to catch it. Also, due to her size, it's very easy to hurt her. The hardest part is bringing yourself to hit a little girl.
Strengths: Very quick, light on her feet, and agile. Can sneak up on opponents rather easily. Cunning.
Weaknesses: Not very strong, has a low pain tolerance, easily distracted, temperamental, cloak is highly flammable, and it is unsure of where her loyalties lie. One minute, she's on your side, the next, she's throwing you under the bus to save her own skin.

Other: If it's not obvious enough, Alistair isn't really her older brother. She also (quite obviously) has a big brother complex with him, and basically worships him.

_{What a cool little duo. I certainly liking the whole magic/circus and fairytale themes around them.
They'd be /right/ at home in the Cascade. Now the only question is if they'd like werewolfs ah ha.
But lovely designs for the too of them. I Dub Alistair the Mad hatter~
